On Dec. 20, 2013, the Director of our firm, Shoutai Cheng, received the Secretary-general of the Conference of France Bar Association and Chief Partner of IDRAC&ASSOCIES Law Firm, Mr. Côme IDRAC, and the party, and both parties discussed and communicated with each other.

Mr. IDRAC was graduated from Sciences Po Paris in France, has become practicing lawyer since 1974 and has established IDRAC&ASSOCIES Law Firm in 1987. Mr. IDRAC has a good command of social and enterprise law, has be elected as the Judge of Paris Court of Labor and Personnel for five years and is an excellent legal expert of labor and personnel. Mr. IDRAC has successively held important posts in Paris Bar Association, Paris Law School, Paris Legal Profession Union and other departments during the practice for more than thirty years.

At the same time, Mr. IDRAC accumulated rich experience in the aspects of lawyers’ profession, law firm management. This time, he was attracted to Tahota to discuss and share opinions with Mr. Cheng on the communication and cooperation between the lawyers of China and France, the operation development of law firm and standardized management. Mr. Cheng extended cordial welcome to Mr. IDRAC and his party, introduced the current situation of Tahota to Mr. IDRAC and communicated with him on the development characteristics and limitations of western law firms and the experience and confusion of standardized management of law firm. Finally, both parties looked forward to possible communication and cooperation in the future and wished that the communication and integration in legal profession would be lasting forever just like the friendship between Chinese and French people.
